Upstate House featured 100 Miles North for our latest project reveal BLCK Creek, a storied 164-acre lake compound in Esopus, NY, thoughtfully restored and given an eco-conscious uplift. The estate includes four homes — a lodge, a manor house, and two cabins — all reimagined with a deep respect for history and place. Our earth-first design practices and collaboration with MK Workshop emphasized sustainability at every step, from ecology assessments and water rerouting to reclaimed furnishings and second-life materials.
